As a valued service provider / contractor, your health and safety and the site’s environment protection is paramount. Please ensure that you comply with our site safety and environmental rules at all times while on our site.
Visitor: Any person attending site for temporary and short term purposes who will not be required to work. Visitors must sign in at the start of their visit, and sign out before leaving the site.
Deliveries: Site Specific Induction not required. Must follow the site speed limits at all times.
Workers: Any person who comes to the site to perform work is classified as a service provider (internal or external) and requires a site specific induction.
1. Safety
By law Safety is everyone's responsibility. This means that you are just as responsible as everyone around you for making sure perform every task in the safest possible way. Take 5 minutes to review every step of every task. No task is too important not to be done safely.
2. Report to Site
You must sign in at Reception every time you come on site, and sign out before you leave site. This way we can keep track of who is on site in an emergency situation.
3. No Pets on Site
At no time shall any person bring pets on site without prior management approval.
4. Authorisation for Use of Equipment
At no time will any visitor, contractor or service provider use site plant or equipment without the authorisation of the Department Manager / Supervisor.
5. Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS)
You must ensure that you complete a SWMS for every job prior to starting the project. You can use your own company SWMS document or ask your site contact for a copy of the ARP SWMS. Work must not commence until the SWMS has been approved and signed by an ARP Manager or Supervisor.
5. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Contractors and service providers are responsible for their own PPE and must ensure that the correct PPE is used for each task.
6. Incident / Hazard Reporting
You must report all incidents and/or hazards (big and small) to your site contact as soon as possible, but no longer than 24 hours after the effect. Property damage must also be reported.
7. Smoking
Smoking is strictly not permitted on site.
